Overview


We are seeking a Branch Nurse Lead to join our dedicated team. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings. The successful candidate will have the skills and expertise necessary to manage a client caseload, oversee care standards, provide hands-on care, and train others. The role combines clinical responsibilities with administrative tasks and staff supervision, offering a diverse and engaging work experience.

Duties



Clinical Care & Assessment: Conducting initial and ongoing holistic client assessments (in clinics, hospitals, or homes) and delivering complex care to meet health?and ????????well-being needs. Care Planning: Developing, implementing, and evaluating person-centred, individualised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Staff Supervision & Training: Providing clinical guidance, mentoring, and supervision to other qualified staff, healthcare assistants. Competency sign off, this includes conducting competency sign-offs and contributing to ongoing professional development. Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all care meets regulatory standards (such as the Code of Conduct) and internal policies. This often involves participating in audits, risk assessments, and incident reviews. Communication & Coordination: Liaising effectively with physicians, hospitals, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care and managing referrals. Administration & Management: Performing administrative duties such as maintaining accurate client records, managing resources (e.g., supplies, equipment), overseeing rotas, and contributing to branch-level goals.

Qualifications



Valid registration as a Nurse with the relevant professional body Proven experience in Clinical care within a clinical environment Strong knowledge of human anatomy and medical procedures Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Organised with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
