Operations Manager / Client Relations Lead
to join our team and help shape the next stage of our journey.
The Role
As the
Operations Manager / Client Relations
lead, you'll be the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations -- ensuring both branches run smoothly, our clients feel supported, and our business continues to grow.
You'll oversee all operational aspects of the two locations (within walking distance of each other), maintain excellent client relationships, and implement systems that improve efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across both branches, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Manage all client communications via email, WhatsApp, and our online enquiry systems
Handle client onboarding using
HubSpot CRM
- ensuring data accuracy and process consistency
Conduct viewings for prospective clients at both locations
Organise and maintain client databases and booking systems (via our branded app)
Prepare and analyse booking, financial, and monthly performance reports
Generate invoices and manage operational financial records
Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure both sites are well-equipped
Collaborate with the Owner to develop marketing ideas and client acquisition strategies
Implement and improve business
automations
to streamline daily operations
Ensure the space reflects our brand's high standards of professionalism and care
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in
operations management
and
client relations
, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry
Strong proficiency in
HubSpot CRM
(literal proficiency required)
Excellent
Excel
skills - confident creating and analysing reports
Exceptional organisation and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - approachable, professional, and client-focused
A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on role
Ability to manage two locations and ensure consistent standards at both
