BRANCH MANAGER \xe2\x80\x93 Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE \xc2\xa350k

Position: Permanent \xe2\x80\x93 Full Time

An established, multi-branched independent Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Brighton area are seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to help drive the team and increase the market share of this well-known and highly visible brand.

You will need have a great track record in Estate Agency property sales, instruction generation and team management. You will assume full responsibility for motivating the office and providing the team with direction and inspiration.

You will be a professional, committed, performance focused, experienced Estate Agent with exceptional communication and supervisory skills; determination, and enthusiasm and be able to deliver the very highest customer service and in turn deliver great result.

The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 previous experience as a in Estate Agency and be looking to take the next step in their career. Familiarity with the local area would be helpful.

Competitive salary, high basic and car allowance!

Whilst the company would prefer a candidate who is already in a similar position, they might also consider a strong, experienced Assistant Branch Manager who feels ready to step up to a new challenge!

Skills: The skills required for this Branch Sales Manager role will include:

• Experienced Branch Manager or aspiring Assistant Manager
• Experience in valuations and gaining instructions
• NFOPP qualification a benefit (not essential)
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Hove and surrounding area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
