We are now seeking a

Brand Ambassador

to represent our Partner Salons

within the Berkshire area

. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who thrives on results, enjoys building connections face-to-face, and prefers being active over working behind a desk.

The Role

As a

Brand Ambassador

, you will be the first point of contact between our Partner Salons and the local community. Your role is to deliver engaging, professional conversations that introduce people to salons they can trust.

Typically, our Brand Ambassadors earn

2,100 - 3,900+ OTE per month

, with top performers surpassing this. Our aim is for you to achieve 1,000+ per week, with performance-based rewards and no cap on earnings.

What We're Looking For

Based in

Berkshire

with flexibility to travel locally Minimum

2 years' experience

in sales, hospitality, fitness, or another customer-facing role Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Confident working independently, with good time-management and organisational skills Professional, competitive at core, and committed to learning

Available minimum 4 days per week

Smartphone required

Full UK driving licence and access to a car

(advantageous)*
