Overview



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Client Relations & Sales Coordinator

to join our growing team at Fonture Equine Transport. This part-time role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and an interest in business development.

You will be the vital link between our clients and our operations -- helping to generate new bookings, coordinate transport and hire services, and ensure every customer experiences the premium level of care that sets Fonture apart.

. As our business expands, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a more senior Sales & Partnerships role with greater responsibility, higher earning potential, and the chance to shape the way we connect with our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities



Act as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients, responding promptly and professionally to enquiries. Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining excellent client service. Proactively reach out to new prospects (yards, trainers, studs, riders) to generate new leads and partnerships. Manage and update records of client interactions, leads, and bookings in our system. Support social media engagement by responding to messages, tagging, and outreach, with incentives tied to successful conversions. Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and client retention initiatives. Prepare basic reports on client engagement, sales, and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills



Experience in a client-facing, sales, or customer service role is preferred (but not essential -- training will be provided). Equestrian Experience and Knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational ability, able to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups efficiently. Confident using digital tools (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or willing to learn quickly). A proactive problem-solver who can work independently as well as part of a small team. A positive attitude towards learning and developing new skills in a growing business.

What We Offer (Additional To Base Pay)



Commissions:

5-7% on sales, with bonuses for social media engagement and outreach.
