Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to effectively communicate our brand message. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving customer loyalty through your interactions and marketing efforts.

Duties

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote our brand and products. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Communicate key product features, benefits, and promotions effectively to potential customers. Assist in organising promotional events and activities to increase brand visibility. Collect feedback from customers to help improve products and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that resonate with target audiences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand's offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Bilingual skills are an advantage, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. A keen interest in marketing and brand promotion is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.

Pay: 25,000.00-45,000.00 per year
