What you'll be doing



Social Strategy & Channel Leadership



Own and elevate our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube - from strategy development, content planning and posting to growing and engaging with our community. Bring a strong editorial and creative point of view to our feed, helping shape content themes, campaigns and brand voice.As well as a real eye for design, helping to keep our aesthetic on point Stay ahead of platform trends, formats and overarching best practices to keep our content fresh, relevant and scroll-stopping Track KPIs and analyse performance metrics to refine content and bring a balance of data-led insights as well as strong intuition to optimise channel performance. Work with the broader team to plan and run paid social campaigns, and coordinating with our PPC agency to align performance, paid strategy and brand.

Creative & Content Ownership



Lead on day-to-day content creation (text, video, copy): from iPhone Reels and behind-the-scenes snippets to more professional-style shoots (note: YouTube Long form content will be shot by our videographer). You'll spend time across our venues to capture content and stay connected to our teams and customers - it's part of what makes our storytelling real. Confident getting the most out of people when they're behind the camera and in basic editing - creating polished, high-quality visuals and video that show off our venues, our art, food and people Develop and manage a content calendar that balances brand storytelling, community moments, product pushes, culture and art. Maintain a well-organised central library of brand imagery and video content. Ensure brand consistency across all assets and support internal teams with content needs where required.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships



Develop and manage meaningful relationships with influencers, ambassadors and creators who align with our brand Lead on influencer strategy and activations - from gifting and events to long-term partnerships, help us shape what this should look like Track and report on influencer performance - making sure we're getting value and visibility.

Extra bits that make a big impact



Help us keep our Google My Business and TripAdvisor listings fresh and up to date - supporting our Ops/FOH teams by reflecting the best of Daisy online. Contribute to planning and spend - you'll have input into budgets for influencer partnerships, paid campaigns and content production, working closely with our Head of Marketing to make every penny work hard.

ou'll be a great fit if you...



Have 5+ years' experience in social media or content-led marketing, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or a creative brand Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a clear understanding of brand voice. Are a natural content creator with a sharp eye, a phone full of footage, and the confidence to direct a shoot or jump behind the camera Bring fresh, original ideas to the table - and love the full creative process, from concept to execution Have a strong sense of aesthetic, design and cultural trends, and know how to create content thatfeels*like Daisy - warm, expressive and a little unexpected
Understand how to grow a brand and measure what matters - using both data and instinct to refine your approach Understanding of SEO and how social impacts search visibility. Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves
