Birmingham Airport is seeking a creative

Brand & Campaigns Marketing Manager

to lead marketing strategies and campaigns that grow passenger numbers, revenue, and brand awareness. Reporting to the

Head of Corporate Affairs & Marketing

, you will act as the Airport's brand guardian and ensure all activity reflects our values and business goals.

You will collaborate with internal teams, airline partners, tour operators, and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels, support route development, trade marketing, and participate in out-of-hours media or emergency activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the Airport's brand and marketing strategy and budget. Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Maintain and update brand guidelines, acting as brand guardian. Manage agencies and suppliers to achieve creative and strategic objectives. Support route development and airline/trade marketing initiatives. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and campaign performance to optimise results.

Experience Required:

Experience in brand, campaigns, or marketing management. Proven track record delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns. Experience managing budgets, agencies, or external suppliers. Knowledge of digital marketing channels and online strategy optimisation. Ability to use insight and data to inform marketing decisions. Strong stakeholder management and collaborative working skills.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 49,000.00 per year
