Alabare are looking to recruit a Brand and Content Creator. The postholder will be based in Salisbury but working with all services. Contracted to 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with the ability to work extended hours on occasions.

As our Brand & Content Creator, you'll be the visual voice of Alabare. You'll shape and evolve our brand identity, crafting eye-catching campaigns and heartfelt stories that connect with supporters, inspire donors, and celebrate the incredible work we do every day.

Job Specifics:



Hourly rate 15.02 rising to 15.86 after completing a successful probation period. Full time annual salary of 29,289.00 rising to 30,927.00. 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday some evening and weekend when needed.

Benefits:



Double time on nominated bank holidays. Minimum of 24 days holiday (FTE) plus Bank Holidays. Paid travel time with mileage paid at 45p per mile. NEST Pension. Where applicable, Sleepovers are paid at a competitive rate of 70 per sleep. Excellent accredited training. Refer a friend scheme, 150 on joining and a further payment of 150 after 6 months service. In return for this, we are looking for someone who has:



A Willingness to learn. You must be currently resident in the UK. You must have the right to work in the UK. Knowledge of design/print procedures for both internal and external production. Excellent analytic, interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills. Proficient in the use of word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, databases, website updating and monitoring software, social media and research tools. Experience of updating websites and website analytics. Experience in writing informative and persuasive copy. A commitment to and ability to role model Alabare's vision, mission and values. High level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness. Adaptable and open to feedback and change. Ability to coordinate a variety of tasks whilst working to agreed priorities and deadlines. Working knowledge of a CRM system is desirable but not essential. Experience of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience working in a charity, marketing or communications role would be an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent copywriting and editing skills. Ability to work unsupervised using own initiative whilst also being comfortable working with others in a team environment. Experience in working with internal contacts at all levels and maintaining relationships. Car driver essential with access to a road worthy vehicle and business insurance.
