We're Hiring: Social Media & Content Executive - Full Time

Cardiff | 12.21/hr + Bonus | 5 Days a Week (incl. Saturdays on rota)

If you're the kind of person who lives on Instagram, scrolls TikTok for trends, and dreams in Reels and memes -- we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Running our social media accounts across

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube

and more. Creating and scheduling

organic and paid content

(photos, videos, stories, Reels, memes). Collaborating with our suppliers and in-house team to develop promotions and educational posts. Engaging with our followers -- replying to comments, DMs, and getting involved in the conversation. Appearing in front of the camera as part of our growing

YouTube channel

(don't worry - we'll help!). Helping shape our tone of voice into something friendly, fun, and full of personality. Tracking growth and performance to help us understand what works.

What We're Looking For:

A

genuine understanding of social media

with examples of how you've used it to promote yourself or others. Someone with a

big sense of humour

, creative energy, and the confidence to be part of video content. A team player who's happy to be in the office and part of the day-to-day running of the business. Some experience with tools like

Canva, CapCut, or Creator Studio

is a bonus.

The Details:

12.21 per hour +

performance bonus

Full-time:

Monday-Friday (10am-6pm)

+

Saturday rota (10am-4pm)

with one weekday off Office-based in

Cardiff City Centre

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-29,000.00 per year
