To Support the Marketing function to maximise social awareness, develop the ERGOS brand and utilise evolving marketing avenues.

The Brand Coordinator will report into Marketing Director, and will support the wider business, with particular focus on the Managing Director and their personal brand. The Brand Coordinator will be responsible for all social streams, the ERGOS website and aligning all departments to the marketing strategy.

Brand Management:

Oversee and maintain the ERGOS brand across all platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values.

Personal Branding:

Manage the Managing Director's personal brand, including social media presence and public engagements.

Content Creation:

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual content. Excellent editing skills are essential.

Vlog Production:

Film, edit, and produce vlogs that highlight company events, achievements, and initiatives.

Social Media Management:

Manage corporate social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring interactions.

Event Planning:

Coordinate and plan company events, ensuring they align with brand objectives and campaign goals.

Internal Branding:

Maintain corporate branding across all internal documents and communications.

CRM Management:

Experience with HubSpot or Glasshive CRM is advantageous for managing customer relationships and campaign data.

Written Content Creation

: Develop precise and engaging social media content that aligns with the brand's personality, tone, and voice.

SEO Integration

: Collaborate with the SEO partner to gain expertise in incorporating SEO strategies into all published content confidently.

Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent editing skills.

Experience filming and producing vlogs.

Experience managing corporate social media accounts.

Event planning experience.

Familiarity with HubSpot or Glasshive CRM is a plus.

Due to the nature of this role and being an essential support for the Managing Director and Leadership team, this role is office Based from our Head Office in Crawley, West Sussex.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
