Brand Creative Manager

Mint Velvet began when founders Liz Houghton and Lisa Agar-Rea set out to create an unfailingly chic collection of contemporary, great quality staples and elevated fits that they felt were missing from their wardrobes. Feeling frustrated that they couldn't find anything they wanted to wear, or the great customer service they craved, they started fusing relaxed comfort with glamorous yet wearable fashion trends. Relaxed Glamour was born.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading the look and feel of Mint Velvet's design handwriting, under the guidance of the Creative Director; telling our Brand story and ensuring the golden thread of MV's handwriting is consistent. Day to day, your role will include art directing our 'Working at MV' content as well as taking part in talking pieces to camera and being instrumental in the growth of our social channels through the generation of innovative visual content, ensuring our social feeds are consistently visually presented, as well as supporting on a range of content including owning store content marketing and events. You will ideally be comfortable being part of visual styling content in front of the camera, effortlessly capturing the essence of our Relaxed Glamour ethos.

The Role:

Leading the design team, ensuring all visuals are consistent with the MV brand handwriting and story Supporting the Creative Director in delivering the Brand's creative vision, pulling together references, creating mood boards and ensuring the overarching creative direction is clearly translated into visual briefs Art direction of Working at MV content at MV HQ and working closely with the Content Editor to ensure our brand values are being translated Curating the visual presentation of our Instagram feed from a design perspective, collaborating with the designers and social team to meet the Brand's objectives Leading on store content marketing working closely with the wider marketing team to ensure events run smoothly and are on brand Consistently being a cool-hunter - looking for new design treatments, new ways to create content and what is trending to support the Brand's creative vision

About you:

You have creative flair, and an eye for and understanding of great style You're digital savvy - always thinking mobile first You have extensive knowledge of social media, in particular Instagram You have strong people and relationship management experience You plan and prioritise your time proactively You work well under pressure - able to anticipate challenges, responding and adapting effectively You have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills You understand and can translate our Relaxed Glamour ethos
