Job Description



Purpose of the Role:





As our Junior Brand Marketing Manager, you will be working with the marketing team and wider creative team to plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns for brands such as

adidas

,

Birkenstock

&

Dr Martens

. You will be working closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to be the point of contact between the external brands and internal stakeholders. The brand marketing team are responsible for delivering world class marketing campaigns through the OFFICE lens, engaging with our consumer and driving positive ROI and incremental sales.


Main Responsibilities:




Work closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to deliver

omni-channel marketing activity including but not limited to: digital


campaigns, retail moments & experiential events
Organisation and attendance of brand photo shoots and events,

work with the wider team to coordinate seasonal campaign shoots &

events and attend as a representative of OFFICE
Wrap reports, regularly building thorough and creative reports for

brands and internal steak holders within a timely manner. These are


required on a regular basis so will need to be adept in compiling


these efficiently
Copy writing, blog / email copy - SL / PH and body copy for brand

campaigns, using email insights from ecommerce team to inform
Regular communication with external brands, including weekly

meetings with key brands
Seasonal kick off meetings with brands, from which we will take key

messaging to inform campaign for the season ensuring it is in the


OFFICE tone of voice.
Work alongside the social media coordinator and assistant to

develop social media strategy and deliver effective brand


campaigns
Working with the wider team to facilitate and seek out new

opportunities for press coverage
Along with the wider team be the gatekeeper of the OFFICE tone of

voice ensuring all external communication is reflective of our


consumer
Build, maintain and update seasonal consumer profiles using

insights and trend research to inform
Ability to work within and keep track of budgets, negotiate costings

with suppliers and raise invoices within a timely manner

Qualifications and Experience



Great organisational skills, able to use initiative and to work in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail. Keen eye for latest trends in footwear, fashion & pop culture Basic proficiency in Adobe photoshop preferred but not essential Strong interpersonal skills 2-3 years account management or marketing experience
