Luxus design is a fast-growing Ecommerce business multiple stores with unique brands. We would like a dedicated member of the team that shares our passion and drive to contribute to design and aesthetics across our websites, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, while also applying best practices in UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance our websites and customer experience

The Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to support the visual and performance-driven growth of our brands. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality design assets across our websites, marketing channels, and brand materials.

You'll design engaging website banners, social media creatives, and paid advertising assets, as well as create 3D product renders and lifestyle visuals that elevate our brand presentation. You will also contribute to the development and ongoing updates of company brochures and marketing collateral.

Beyond aesthetics, this role plays a key part in improving website performance by applying UX and CRO best practices to enhance usability, engagement, and conversion rates across our eCommerce platforms.

Please note: all our roles are based 5 days per week at our Preston head-office.

Key Responsibilities

Design website banners Create social media and paid advertising assets 3D rendering of product images and lifestyle Design and update company brochures and marketing materials Maintain and evolve brand identity across all channels Improve website usability and conversion performance (UX/CRO) Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams Ensure all design work is consistent, high-quality, and on-brand
Requirements & Skills

5 years' experience in graphic design Experience from a creative or digital agency. An exceptional ability to think and conceptualise A strong attention to craft, to deliver the very highest quality work An evident passion for design and everything creatively related Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects

We would prefer the applicant to be office based; however, we are flexible and are open to some remote working if required.

Salary 30,000 + depending on experience
