retail
and
out-of-home
(OOH) sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is commercially savvy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves building strong customer relationships.
Based in the
Central Belt of Scotland
, you'll be on the road meeting with store managers, buyers, cafe owners, bar operators, and more. You will be comfortable flexing your approach depending on the customer, and ensure you always deliver a compelling pitch that brings the Bounce Back brand to life. You will be responsible for managing your own call file, agreeing new listings with end customers, and working with various RTM wholesalers to ensure agreement to stock translates into pull-through purchase. There will be a need to attend trade events and support the business by attending any consumer engagement events we participate in the Scottish Central Belt area
Duties
Develop and grow sales within your territory across retail and OOH (e.g. independent retailers, cafes, delis, bars, gyms, etc.)
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and become a trusted partner to your accounts.
Deliver impactful brand presentations and product tastings to secure new listings and drive rate of sale.
Ensure product visibility through effective merchandising and POS placement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and opportunities using our CRM tools.
Provide regular reports and insights on territory performance and customer feedback.
Support brand activation events and local marketing initiatives where needed.
Represent Bounce Back with professionalism and energy at all times.

Essential Skills:
Proven
sales experience
, ideally within
FMCG
, food & drink, or related sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Adaptability--you can adjust your pitch and style to suit the audience, from a busy independent retailer to a hospitality venue.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
Excellent time management and self-organisation--this is a field-based role and requires independence.
A genuine passion for health & wellness, and an interest in functional drinks
