Brand Director
is responsible for overseeing the strategy, vision, and execution of all aspects of the brand. They have full authority over the brand's direction, ensuring it remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with the company's growth objectives.

PPC, sourcing, logistics, and design

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Vision
o??Define and execute the
long-term strategic direction
for the brand.
o??Maintain full ownership of
brand growth, positioning, and competitive strategy

o??Ensure product offerings align with
market trends and business goals

Pricing & Promotions
o??Oversee and execute
major price changes
(>15%) based on market trends and competitor analysis.
o??Develop and implement
deal strategies
, ensuring alignment with overall sales and profitability objectives.
Advertising & PPC Management
o??Oversee the
creation of new advertising campaigns
, ensuring they align with brand goals.
o??Monitor
ad campaign performance
, making data-driven optimisations.
o??Lead
major ad campaign adjustments
, working closely with the PPC team to maximise ROI.
Listing Optimisation & Product Presentation
o??Manage
major listing optimisations
to enhance conversion rates, ranking, and visibility.

Provide feedback and recommendations
on main imagery for H and A-tier products, but final approval sits with the Company Director.
Inventory & Product Planning
o??Oversee
inventory planning

Operational Management & Reporting

Cyclical check ins.

to streamline processes.
Quality Control & Issue Resolution
o??Deal with any quality control issues when escalated to Brand Director level.
Multi-Platform Brand Expansion
o??Optimise brand presence on
off-Amazon platforms

o??Drive growth initiatives outside of Amazon to expand brand reach and revenue streams.
Innovation & Experimentation
o??Develop and validate
new product ideas

polling and A/B testing that could be prioritised by the Design Team
