The Role





As Rapha's Brand Editor, you'll be the guardian of our tone of voice and a key creative within the Brand Marketing team. You'll shape stories that span brand campaigns, product launches, content, and more - bringing clarity, emotion and flair to everything we say. Whether scripting a film, writing product descriptions, or crafting campaign headlines, you'll elevate every touchpoint and ensure consistency across channels.


You'll also lead a global network of freelance writers, support internal teams with expert copy guidance, and contribute to the evolution of Rapha's voice in a fast-moving, creatively ambitious environment.


Key Responsibilities



Own and evolve Rapha's tone of voice, ensuring distinctiveness and consistency across channels Collaborate with the wider Brand (Creative and Marketing) and Product teams to develop campaign concepts and narratives Commission, guide and edit work from freelance writers Write copy for brand campaigns, editorial features, rapha.cc, social, email, film and paid media Collaborate with the Product team to create inspiring and informative product copy, including on-garment storytelling elements. Maintain an editorial lens on the cycling world, bringing cultural relevance to our content Partner with Digital and Performance teams to optimise SEO visibility and ensure copy effectiveness across customer journeys. Write internal and B2B copy including press releases and product storytelling Ensure all written communication reflects the style, precision, and ethos of Rapha

About You




Candidates may possess the following skills. We're open to a wide variety of backgrounds and skill sets which may fulfill the requirements in a similar way.




A sharp, expressive writer with 5+ years experience, including in-house at a leading premium brand. Writes with energy, insight, and style, with the ability to adapt tone and content to land a brand's positioning and ensure relevance across platforms. A passionate storyteller with a feel for where sport meets culture and a deep knowledge of cycling's place within it. Exceptionally organised, collaborative, and comfortable working at pace Confident leading projects, managing stakeholders, and mentoring contributors Meticulous attention to detail - you care deeply about getting the words right - and know how much they matter.
