We are looking for a Brand Engagement Manager (Events), who will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact brand activations across music festivals and owned events and experiences. With a focus on building emotional connection, brand equity, and consumer conversion, you will manage a portfolio of experiences that bring our products to life during different events. You will oversee a multi-festival program across 10 major UK music festivals, the activation budget as well as events for new product launches and consumer experiences.
This role is based at our Hammersmith office in London and requires on-site presence at least three days per week. This is a 1-year Fixed Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities

estival Program Leadership
: Lead the planning and execution of brand activations across major UK music festivals, ensuring alignment with brand goals and consumer experience standards. Attend key events to oversee execution and ensure brand excellence.
Partnership Management
: Oversee relationships with key festival rightsholders and agency partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery. Align cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless delivery across all touchpoints.
Owned Events
: Deliver consumer engagement experiences including product launches at selected festivals, maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
Content & Visibility
: Work with the brand team to develop and deploy impactful content and ensure premium brand presence.
Omnichannel Integration
: Connect offline activations with digital touchpoints, collaborating with CX and media teams to enhance consumer journeys.
Budget Ownership
: Own and manage the dedicated activation budget across festivals and events., ensuring cost efficiency and strong ROI.
Performance & Optimization
: Define KPIs, track results, and apply insights to continuously improve brand engagement programs.
Key Requirements
Ideally +5 years proven experience in brand engagement, experiential marketing, and large-scale activation management.
Valid driving license and right to work in the UK is required for this role. Flexibility to travel nationally and work during events.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including experience managing agency and rightsholder relationships.
Excellent project management and budgeting capabilities.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
Understanding of omnichannel consumer journeys and digital engagement.
