The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated

Brand Experience Manager

to lead the execution of our brand vision and customer experience at our prestigious Chelsea location. This is a key role that bridges marketing, customer service, and operations -- ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to premium care and a luxury client journey.

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional in-clinic experiences, developing brand-aligned events and partnerships, and ensuring the visual and experiential identity of Yorkshire Dental Suite is consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Journey Ownership

: Curate and enhance the full patient journey -- from online enquiries and booking to post-treatment follow-up -- ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.

Brand Consistency

: Uphold Yorkshire Dental Suite's premium aesthetic and service standards in-clinic and across all brand touchpoints.

Event & Partnership Management

: Plan and execute in-clinic events, influencer visits, and local partnerships that increase brand visibility and engagement.

Team Training & Culture

: Work with front-of-house and clinical teams to instil a luxury service culture aligned with brand values.

Content & Social Support

: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate content opportunities, capture real-time experiences, and support brand storytelling.

Customer Feedback & Insights

: Monitor client feedback (reviews, surveys, social mentions) and implement improvements that elevate the experience.

Clinic Ambience & Styling

: Maintain the visual and sensory standards of the clinic -- from scent and lighting to music and refreshments.
About You

Proven experience in a brand, hospitality, retail, or client experience management role -- ideally in a premium or luxury environment. A natural brand ambassador with a keen eye for detail and style. Passionate about customer service and elevating everyday experiences. Highly organised with excellent communication and leadership skills. Confident working cross-functionally with clinical teams, management, and external partners. A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments.
