About the role
We are seeking a strategic, creative and commercially minded Brand Growth Lead to lead our brand marketing activities. This role involves managing brand marketing, developing innovative promotions and creating impactful campaigns that resonate with our audiences and partners. You'll be responsible for setting the marketing strategy for the brand, understanding target customers, generating content ideas aligned with our strategy, and taking campaigns from concept to execution. Collaboration with editorial, commercial and central marketing teams will be key to ensuring that campaigns engage our audience and drive commercial success. The role reports into the Commercial Director of BBC Gardeners World.
