Position Overview
This role is a Fixed Term position supporting the Coordinator with information gathering on Wholesale corners and assisting the corners with their day-to-day needs - while acting as an Ambassador for Ralph Lauren and his brands.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Liaise with Key Accounts, Corner Managers and merchandise coordinators to communicate staffing.
Maintaining and updating records of both staffing and account contacts.
Understanding PRL commercial, sales objectives, recording and monitoring sales of corners with vacancies.
Building relationships to ensure that our Accounts are covering and communicating vacancies with additional staff.
Build relationship with funded staff members raising any critical issues which need to be escalated to the Retail Manager.
Assist with PRL and Lauren seasonal training seminar events for funded staff. Helping with the coordination and management during the event and set up.
Assisting with uniform ordering and roll out and ensuring that the right uniform is ordered and delivered, prioritising key accounts.
Managing the incentive pay outs and ensuring they are issued in a timely manner.
