The Role



The Brand Partnership team focus across WME's entire roster to help create brand relationships. A deal can be anywhere from a social media post to securing sweat equity in a new start up. The assistant role is fast-paced.


Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:


Handling a high volume of

email traffic

Understanding of platforms

to collect clients' demographics and analytics

Handling logistics

to execute a closed deal

Compiling information

in department and agent's tracking systems Proficient in creating client materials and lists

In-depth research projects

for agents as required

Preparing information

for internal and client meetings Other ad hoc duties as they arise
