The Brand Manager, Architecture & Activation will drive the strategic development and execution of brand architecture and activation initiatives to enhance brand equity and market presence.

Lead Packaging Restage for Royal Salute - Core & High-End Collection (HEC)



Core Range

Support the artwork finalization, proofing and roll-our for key Core Range Permanent SKUs as part of the new S&R giftbox and new Royal Menagerie deployment (target dispatch from Q2 FY27) Coordinate the development of the new Royal Salute Core Packaging Guidelines based on the new giftbox artwork Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time and within scope

HEC

Support the artwork development, proofing and roll-out for key High End Collection (HEC) SKUs as part of the new S&R giftbox (target dispatch from Q1 FY28) Coordinate the development of the new Royal Salute HEC packaging guidelines based on the new giftbox artwork Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time and within scope

Develop Global Assets to Support the High-End Collection Restage



Lead the development and delivery of the refreshed global brand toolkit for the HEC, including primary/secondary assets, hygiene content, activation materials, PR/digital assets, L3F frameworks, and more. Partner with creative agencies, internal teams, and procurement to brief, review, and deliver high-quality, brand-enhancing assets. Manage production of digital and physical assets, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, market relevance, and compliance with A&P ratio guidelines. Safeguard brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring all materials embody Royal Salute's renewed brand world.

Drive NPD & Global Toolkit Development



New Polo Edition - Global Toolkit Development & Launch

Create and deliver the full global brand toolkit for the new Polo Edition (primary/secondary assets, hygiene content, activation, PR/digital, L3F, etc.). Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to brief, shape, and develop a new Polo thematic campaign, producing compelling assets that drive engagement and strengthen brand equity. Oversee production of all assets, ensuring quality, efficiency, alignment with market needs, and adherence to A&P ratio guidelines. Guarantee full consistency with Royal Salute's brand world across all channels and markets.

Royal Salute Single Cask Programme

Support artwork development, proofing, and rollout for the Single Cask Programme. Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless project execution. Collaborate closely with internal teams, markets, and external partners to deliver a premium, coherent, and timely programme.

Who you'll be working with



Internally,

you'll work with Marketing Manager, Shopper Marketing, Consumer Insights, Commercial teams, and cross-functional colleagues in NPD and packaging.

Externally,

your contacts will include creative agencies, production partners, and brand ambassadors involved in campaign delivery and brand education.

Experience in brand management, marketing execution, or product development within a consumer goods or lifestyle brand environment. Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
