Guardian Angel Carers is a compassionate and innovative home care franchisor, dedicated to helping people live independently and well in their own homes. As we continue to expand our national franchise network,

we are seeking a proactive and creative Brand Manager

to play a pivotal role in shaping, strengthening, and protecting our brand.

The Role of Brand Manager:

Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a newly created role where you'll act as the guardian of our brand. You will lead the development and delivery of brand and marketing strategies, oversee national campaigns, manage content, and provide expert support to franchisees. Working closely with our leadership team, external partners, and franchise network, you'll ensure a consistent, visible, and impactful presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and delivery of brand and marketing strategies. Support franchisees with local marketing plans, launches, and community engagement. Deliver brand and marketing training and ensure compliance with brand guidelines. Manage national campaigns, digital content, newsletters, and social media platforms. Coordinate events, exhibitions, and the annual franchise conference. Produce reports, track performance, and share insights with the leadership team.

About You:

You will have proven experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, with strong multi-channel marketing knowledge and excellent communication skills. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders. Experience in health or social care, franchising, or PR/events would be an advantage. Flexibility to travel nationally is essential.
