Job Summary

This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and effective marketing techniques. The Brand Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels while driving brand awareness and engagement.

Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives. Manage product life cycles, from conception through launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and consumer preferences. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand growth. Oversee social media management, creating engaging content that enhances brand visibility and fosters community engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that effectively communicate brand messages. Utilise analysis skills to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Build and maintain relationships with public relations agencies to enhance brand reputation and media presence. Leverage Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials that reflect the brand's identity. Engage in B2B marketing efforts to expand brand reach within industry sectors.

Requirements



Proven experience in branding, product management, or a related field. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, particularly in digital channels. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in social media management tools and strategies. Experience in conducting market research to inform branding decisions. Familiarity with public relations practices and media outreach strategies. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
