We're working with a high-growth FMCG retail & D2C business on a mission to bring better consumer health retail products to the market. With a reputation for clever innovation and a growing footprint in UK retail, their products are now stocked in major UK pharmacies and retailers and continue to expand within retail as well as online, D2C. The Brand Manager will drive brand visibility across multiple channels with a focus on retail and trade marketing but work closely with the Head of E-commerce. This role will be supported by 2 x marketing executives and have 1 direct report. Key Responsibilities:
Working with the team and CEO to shape and execute engaging, insight-led brand campaigns across multiple channels including retail/POS, trade, influencer, partnerships, influencers and ATL activity
Implementing annual UK consumer marketing plans
Managing an external PR agency
Support the marketing executive in creating compelling brand copy for diverse platforms
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Spearheading initiatives for content creation.
Develop and implement advertising and organic search strategies.
Create and review advertising content, including social, brand, and influencer partnerships.
Budget management of circa 1m
You Will Need:
4+ years' FMCG marketing experience, ideally with a focus on trade/retail marketing
Proven experience within brand management
Experience in planning and implementing multi-channel campaigns
Creative mind-set with strong grasp of detail
Ability to work in an agile environment with pro-activeness; you will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment without too many processes/corporate structures
