Additionally, their focus on building brand love will foster lasting emotional connections with our customers, strengthening brand loyalty and supporting sustained business growth.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role is about bringing strategy to life. You'll ensure that campaigns and activations are executed with precision, aligned with the bigger picture, and deliver measurable results that shape how customers experience our brand every day.

  • Develop Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans across cross-functional teams, including advertising, and brand communications, to deliver a seamless customer journey.
Align with Commercial Objectives: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business's commercial objectives and targets, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with these goals.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional media team to implement consumer marketing activities across all available channels--paid, organic, and owned platforms while ensuring seamless integration with all sales channels (store, digital, and telesales).
  • On-Ground Event Planning: Spearhead the planning and execution of community-driven, on-ground events in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.Budget Management: Drive and monitor the allocated marketing budget, ensuring expenses are tracked against commercial objectives and targets.
  • Track Campaign ROI: Continuously monitor and track the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness.
  • Leverage Analytics & Insights: Utilize analytics data, trends, user behaviors, and competitive audit evaluations to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Agency Collaboration: Work closely with agency partners to develop and execute advertising campaigns that support the annual marketing plan.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of campaigns and activations--ensuring flawless delivery that reflects business priorities.
  • Apply a strategic lens to execution, making sure initiatives are consistent, impactful, and brand-building.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to bring commercial priorities into market.
  • Use insights and analytics to track performance and improve execution.
  • Build processes, tools, and systems that make execution more efficient and scalable.
  • Lead on-the-ground activations, ensuring energy, precision, and consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Knowledge & Experience
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Masters' degree and/or project management certification would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in proven brand management or marketing ideally in FMCG or telecoms

  • Proven track record of developing campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Skilled in planning, project managing, and executing events successfully.
  • Deep knowledge of media channels to deliver the right message at the right time.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and work with multiple teams to achieve goals.
