This forward-thinking approach allows individuals to act early, preventing or delaying the onset of disease and shifting from reactive healthcare to genuine prevention.As a Brand Manager for Randox Health, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our companyxe2x80x99s brand image, ensuring that it resonates with target customers and stands out in the market (UK and ROI). This includes increasing customer visits to our clinics, promoting at-home tests, and playing a significant role in our expansion plans for new clinics.Reporting directly to the COO, this role offers significant exposure and responsibility in enhancing Randox Healthxe2x80x99s visibility across our B2C markets.Location: Office based: 36-38 Fitzroy Square, London, W1T 6EY.
Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent.
Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.40 to 17.20 or longer days Mon-Thur with half day Friday.What does the Brand Manager role involve?

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market share and brand equity.
  • Raising awareness of the Randox Health brand throughout the UK and ROI.
  • Research: Analysing customer insights, competitors, and market trends to inform decisions.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Designing and overseeing advertising, promotions, and digital marketing aligned with the brand.
  • Report on performance of current marketing strategies while also implementing new ones.
  • Product Management: Collaborating with product teams to ensure offerings reflect the brandxe2x80x99s identity.
  • Visual Identity: Ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints.
  • Establish a mix of marketing strategies: digital, traditional, social media, emails, SEO, etc.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with sales, PR, design, and other departments to execute brand strategies.
  • Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring brand performance through KPIs like awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Lead and monitor strategy by region while managing the overall marketing budget.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Champion a culture of data-driven marketing, leveraging A/B testing, cohort analyses, and funnel metrics to validation.
  • Collaborate with the wider Randox marketing team to deliver on agreed projects.
  • Establish voice-of-customer programs that inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
Essential criteria:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and delivering successful Marketing/Branding strategies.
  • Previous experience in executing data-driven Marketing/Brand strategies.
  • Ability to convert product/customer feedback into valuable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
  • Marketing experience within the healthcare sector.
  • Interest in the health/medical sector.
  • Capability to collaborate with external agencies.
