Overview:



Glorious Brands is a rapidly growing, privately owned luxury beauty distributor, supplying the UK and

Ireland's luxury beauty retailers and etailers. As a result of our growth, we are seeking an experienced beauty orientated Brand Manager. The objective of the role is to lead the brand management activity for the brands within your remit and to optimise all the business potential in relation to these brands.

Job Role:



The Brand Manager has overall responsibility for the management of the brands within their remit. The successful candidate will work very closely with the Sales team and our customers (both retail and etail). They will work as part of the marketing team.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:



BRAND MANAGEMENT



Leading our product & retail marketing strategy for our fragrance brands and aligning it with global brand strategy within the brand guidelines.

Create and execute local marketing programs (national & by customer).

Lead and manage all marketing areas by brand and sales channel, e.g. product, pricing, promotions, and distribution.

Manage monthly fragrance brand reporting.

Raise POs and upkeep fragrance brands A&P budget.

MARKETING CALENDARS



Management of fragrance brand marketing calendars (national, by customer & eComm)

Supporting the sales team with key brand product innovation, promotions etc.

Design and provide "Sell-in" tools for the sales team.

Presentations to, and relationship building with key retailers and etailers as required.

SALES TEAM SUPPORT



Create presentations to retailers and etailers as required.

Analyse and utilise customer information and data to support sales team.

Completion of all retailer new line forms.

DISPLAY AND MERCHANDISING



Manage and co-ordinate all display stand installation and update projects.

TRADE MARKETING



Create and provide in-store trade marketing collateral to be used by the field sales team e.g. events, animations, localised incentives, promotions.

Regularly review our e-commerce business, identifying sales opportunities and improvements for our Brands.

TRAINING



Design and production of brand and product training material.

PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR)



Develop and manage Glorious Brands relationships with the press / media.

Drive PR agencies to deliver optimum coverage for our brands - print and digital.

Continuous assessment of agency performance.

Create monthly PR reports for brand owners.

DEMAND PLANNING & FORECASTING



Support the Supply Chain Manager in the compilation of detailed monthly product forecasts

To take account of launches, product introductions and discontinuations, etc.

Required experience:



Beauty experience is desired Marketing department experience, ideal for somebody looking to step into a traditional Brand
Management role

Experience of and passion for the beauty industry Strong communication skills, both spoken and written Organised, efficient, and able to prioritise and multitask Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Detail orientated with a high level of accuracy in all work Fully competent in Microsoft office Happy to work as part of a small team, collaborating with other team members and being flexible Enthusiastic, confident and passionate about our company and our brands Above all, you must be glorious
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
