We are looking for a Brand Manager to take ownership of our newly refreshed Matchtech brand, bringing it to life across social media, content, campaigns and events, while ensuring consistency, quality and impact at every touchpoint.

The Role




This is a hands-on brand role with real ownership. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the Matchtech brand across owned channels, with a strong focus on social media strategy, content creation, storytelling and events.


You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing and sales and will manage our Graphic Designer, ensuring creative output is on-brand, high quality and delivered at pace.

Key Responsibilities



Brand & Content Leadership

Own and evolve the Matchtech brand narrative, tone of voice and visual identity across all channels Lead content creation for the brand, ensuring it supports commercial objectives, thought leadership and employer brand Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency across campaigns, assets and touchpoints
Social Media Strategy & Execution

Develop and deliver the social media strategy for Matchtech, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Create, commission and publish high-quality social content, including written posts, visuals and short-form video Build content plans that balance thought leadership, industry insight, employer brand and campaign activity Track performance and optimise content based on engagement and audience growth
Content Creation & Campaigns

Lead on end-to-end content creation, from ideation through to execution Write compelling copy for social, campaigns, events, and brand storytelling Work with subject matter experts to turn insight into engaging, accessible content Support integrated campaigns across digital, PR and events
Events & Brand Activation

Work with sales teams to help organise relevant industry / Sector events Lead the brand presence at industry events, conferences and internal initiatives Develop event content, messaging and supporting materials Ensure events are leveraged for wider content and social storytelling
Creative & Team Management

Line manage the Graphic Designer, providing clear briefs, creative direction and development support Ensure creative output is aligned to brand guidelines and delivered to deadlines Work collaboratively with external agencies where required

Skills & Experience



Proven experience in a Brand Manager or Senior Brand/Content role Strong experience developing and delivering social media strategy, particularly with LinkedIn Excellent content creation skills - confident writing, briefing and shaping stories Experience managing creative resources (in-house or agency) Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally A hands-on, proactive approach with high attention to detail Experience in B2B and/or B2C Marketing roles
