Our Operational Marketing team is looking for a talented
Brand & Marketing Designer
to join their evolving, dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, content, and communications teams to create compelling visual stories, ensuring our brands are consistently represented and resonate with audiences both internally and externally.
What you'll be doing:
+ Design engaging content for digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring creativity and impact across all channels.
+ Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across multiple business units.
+ Support marketing campaigns with creative assets including ads, banners, email templates, presentations, and brochures.
+ Collaborate with marketing, content, and communications teams to conceptualise and execute design ideas.
+ Adapt creative assets for different audiences, formats, and channels while maintaining brand integrity.
+ Create visual assets for internal communications including newsletters, presentations, intranet visuals, and templates.
+ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Partner with Marketing Communications specialists to translate key messages into visually compelling stories.

What you'll bring:
Professional experience in graphic, marketing, or brand design.
Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel design work across campaigns, social media, and web.
Excellent conceptual thinking with strong execution skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple priorities.
Attention to detail with the ability to deliver polished, error-free designs.
Creativity and adaptability to shift seamlessly between brands, styles, and project types.
Proactivity in anticipating design needs and proposing creative solutions.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing and multi-brand businesses is desirable.
