Job Summary:
As the
Brand Marketing Executive
for the SecuriCare (Medical) Home Delivery Service (HDS), you will take ownership of the brand management and development of SecuriCare. Your primary focus will be to maintain and strengthen brand positioning and messaging targeted at current and prospective patients, key opinion leaders, patient associations, and other important stakeholders.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, source, and coordinate high-quality content across multiple communication channels to effectively promote the SecuriCare brand.
Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance brand presence.
Organise and deliver impactful events that raise the profile of SecuriCare and engage key audiences.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Management team on content creation, patient meetings, direct mail campaigns, and public relations opportunities.
Manage the production, editing, and timely release of the customer-facing magazine Hand in Handup to three times per year, adhering to a planned schedule.
Always represent the company professionally, fostering positive relationships with customers to uphold and enhance the company's reputation for quality.
Personal Specification:
Essential:
The candidate will have excellent planning and organisational skills along with strong copywriting abilities.
They must manage their time effectively to meet deadlines and be proficient in IT.
A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships is essential, supported by a positive 'can do' attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams, are required.
The candidate should confidently prioritise multiple demands from various stakeholders and demonstrate initiative with a proven track record of success.
Confident presentation skills are important.
They must be able to accurately interpret and analyse data while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Desirable:
Experience in event planning.
A marketing or business-related qualification or degree.
