Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group's non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.
The Brand Marketing team within Group Corporate Communications (GCC) at Pictet is looking to recruit an Intern. Positioned at the core of the team, the role provides hands-on exposure to brand content creation and social media activities across Pictet's global business lines. You will contribute to the ideation, execution, and analysis of social campaigns, while also supporting competitor analysis to identify differentiating opportunities.
Your role
Your primary objective will be to ensure Pictet's social media channels reflect our dedication to enduring excellence, while upholding the reputation of our brand and supporting GCC's broader ambition to showcase Pictet's investment expertise. Responsibilities will include:
Social Media Management

  • Pitch creative content ideas that align with GCC's strategy and drive performance.
  • Develop and execute a variety of content formats (e.g., quote cards, animations, carousels) with accompanying copy, ensuring alignment with Pictet's corporate identity.
  • Manage the editorial calendar, including content design, scheduling, and posting on Group channels.
  • Assist with paid social campaigns, optimising targeting and reach.
  • Collaborate on a YouTube strategy for Pictet (organic and sponsored) and develop a Facebook test-and-learn approach with the Asia Communications team.
  • Engage with the online community and represent Brand Marketing in cross-functional forums, such as Employee Communications and Media & Communications meetings.
Data Analysis
  • Track key KPIs, analyse social media performance, and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies.
Market Research
  • Conduct research on target audiences, competitor activity, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support the Prix Pictet event at the V&A in September alongside the Brand Marketing team.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Content team.
  • Identify missed opportunities and suggest improvements as part of the team's continuous improvement mission.
Your profile
  • Proactive individual who thrives on learning quickly, taking ownership and delivering high-quality work.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Interest in financial services and/or economics (industry knowledge is a plus).
  • Familiarity with tools like Bannerflow, Sprinklr, and Monday.com is an advantage but not essential.
  • You will collaborate closely with senior investment teams and business experts, gaining foundational experience for your future career. We value autonomy, creative thinking, and a commitment to excellence
  • University degree desireable but not essential.
  • Proven marketing experience.
  • Experience with design tools (graphic design and video editing skills are a plus).
  • Fluency in English (French is a bonus).
