Brand Marketing Manager

Salary:

34,000 per annum

Bradford, West Yorkshire



As a Brand Marketing Manager at JCT600, you'll support your Brand Directors in achieving their targets through effective, measurable marketing activity and market-leading merchandising. You'll play a key role in enhancing both your brand and the JCT600 name, delivering high-quality work that aligns with our Group Marketing Plan and upholds our shared standards of excellence.


Your day-to-day will include:

Developing and delivering marketing plans that meet operational and manufacturer requirements Adding value to Brand Directors through strategic marketing insight and expertise Overseeing all digital and in-store merchandising to ensure alignment with brand and JCT600 standards Managing budgets, channel strategies, and accurate spend reporting Measuring all marketing activity to evaluate effectiveness and ROI Leading and supporting a team of Brand Executives, providing clear direction, coaching, and development

A strong background in brand or retail marketing A collaborative approach and the confidence to influence at all levels A focus on accuracy, insight, and delivering measurable results A passion for creativity, quality, and consistency The energy and drive to lead by example and support your team

What We Offer

34,000 per annum

Annual leave:

34 days including bank holidays, increasing to 36 days (5 years) and 38 days (10 years)
