Role Overview:
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Junior Brand Manager and a Brand Marketing Manager to drive brand consistency, customer engagement and business growth. You'll lead brand campaigns, CRM strategies, and omni-channel marketing initiatives while ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects our brand identity and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute email & crm strategies across the full customer journey.
PR / Influencer / Press/ Social Strategy
Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns
Manage and optimise brand campaigns for personalisation, scalability, and conversions
Lead creative development and execution for campaigns across email, direct mail, and more
Drive performance through A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven optimisations
Collaborate cross-functionally to align brand with commercial, data, and product goals
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs): open rates, CTR, conversions,
revenue
Develop offline materials like direct mail, look-books, and catalogues
Own the email marketing function, maximising ROI and long-term impact
Help manage and optimise brand marketing KPIs and budget + great opportunity to reshape our brand marketing team with some autonomy
Skills & Experience:
5+ years in brand marketing, ideally within Online D2C
Proven track record in email marketing and CRM strategy
Strong knowledge of omnichannel marketing (e-commerce, PR, social, direct mail, VM)
Familiar with GDPR and email compliance best practices
Experienced with email/CRM tools--Klaviyo preferred
Comfortable working with data tools and performance analytics
Strategic mindset with attention to detail and hands-on execution
Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Able to lead and inspire cross-functional teams around a unified brand vision
