. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and motivated
Brand Manager
to strengthen our brand presence, elevate our visual and messaging standards, and support our growth objectives across all platforms.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager who will take ownership of the Property Webmasters brand while also supporting the positioning, awareness, and marketing activity for
Devato
(our new developments marketing platform) and
Propuno
(our global property portal).
This role is ideal for a strategic, creative, and commercially minded marketer who understands brand identity, storytelling, digital content, and multi-channel communications within a fast-growing organisation.
You will work closely with our leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, alignment across platforms, and strong market visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the overall brand strategy for Property Webmasters, ensuring consistency across all communications, campaigns, and channels.
Strengthen and evolve brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.
Lead brand-led marketing initiatives that support revenue growth and client acquisition.
Oversee the creation of high-quality content, case studies, social media output, website communications, and campaign assets.
Manage brand guidelines and ensure internal teams and partners adopt them correctly.
Support the growth and promotion of
Devato
, helping establish it as a leading platform for marketing new build developments.
Support branding and promotional activity for
Propuno
, increasing platform awareness and engagement among property buyers and agencies.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between brand messaging and commercial objectives.
Monitor brand performance metrics and report on impact and improvements.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Proven experience in marketing management, marketing strategy, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of brand identity, messaging, and positioning.
Experience working across digital marketing channels including website, email, and social media.
Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple brands or products simultaneously.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Desirable:
Experience within property, proptech, SaaS, or digital agency environments.
Familiarity with international or multi-market branding.
Experience supporting brand launches or new product positioning.
