We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, multi-tasking role that sits at the heart of our day-to-day operations.
Duties
Pick, pack and post online orders to our customers with precision and care
Assist with light admin, including stock checks, spreadsheets& general organisation
Respond to customer messages on Instagram and email
Schedule and upload Instagram content using our content calendar
Provide ongoing support to the wider team as needed -- no two days are the same!
Requirements
Is organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
Has a friendly and confident communication style, both online and offline
Enjoys working as part of a small, fast-paced team
Hours are (we can be flexible on times)
Monday 9.30 - 4.30 Wed 9.30 - 130
Fri 9.30 - 1.30.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
