Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of CSR projects, including community outreach programs, sustainability initiatives, and employee engagement activities ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
Strategy Implementation: Assist in delivering the organisation's CSR strategy, ensuring alignment with brand values and business objectives.
Data Management: Collect, analyse, and report on CSR-related data, such as environmental metrics and community engagement statistics, to support transparency and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including charity partners, community groups, and internal teams, fostering collaboration and enhancing CSR initiatives.
Communication: Prepare internal and external communications such as reports, newsletters, and social media content, to highlight CSR efforts and highlighting achievements and promoting awareness.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure CSR activities comply with relevant standards, laws and regulations. Assist in the preparation of documentation required for audits, certifications and compliance recording.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress and impact of CSR initiatives, collect relevant data, and prepare reports to inform stakeholders and guide future actions/CSR activities.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Studies, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in CSR, sustainability, or project coordination is advantageous.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools and platforms used for CSR reporting and project management.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively convey CSR initiatives.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data related to CSR activities and deriving insights for continuous improvement.
