A DAY IN THE LIFE:




The International Brand Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the execution of brand and marketing operations across multiple countries and distributor networks. This role ensures operational readiness of marketing campaigns and product launches through strong coordination, internal approvals, and localization processes.

We're seeking an

International Brand Operations Specialist

to play a key role in bringing our brand to life across global markets. In this role, you'll support the smooth execution of brand and marketing operations across multiple countries and distributor networks. From launching new campaigns to ensuring brand consistency, you'll be a vital part of delivering impactful work at scale. This is an operations-focused role for someone skilled in managing processes, translation, approvals, and workflows across international markets


This position is ideal for individuals with experience in marketing operations, international project coordination, or executive assistants eager to step up and make a bigger impact across international markets

What You'll Do



Coordinate campaign timelines, localization workflows, and asset delivery across diverse international markets. Manage the internal Tandem approval process for marketing materials, including content created by distributors. Maintain governance and version control across digital and print asset platforms. Collaborate with regional marketing teams and distributors to align on localized content and brand standards. Oversee translation requests and ensure content is localization-ready (accurate, compliant, properly formatted). Partner with legal, regulatory, and quality teams to ensure materials meet all relevant global and local standards. Track and report budget spend for translation and print-related activities. Support continuous improvement of operational workflows by documenting and refining processes. Foster inclusive, supportive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Help coordinate brand projects tied to product launches, events, media planning, and other business priorities. Contribute to special projects and other duties as needed.

You're Awesome At:



Experience managing projects in agile or hybrid frameworks. Strong project execution skills--you take initiative and follow through. Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities. Strong communication skills and cultural awareness--comfortable working across time zones and international teams. Confidence using project management systems like Workfront, Agile EDMS, or similar tools. Passion for collaboration, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams. Comfortable working with technical products, ideally in regulated or medical environments. Resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset. Fluent in English and at least one other major European language (French, German, Italian, or Dutch).

Extra Awesome:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or relevant experience. Experience in marketing operations, creative project management, brand activation, or a similar role. Experience in working across Global, EMEA or Europe

Remote: This role is fully remote with travel across the regions. Flexible UK Or Switzerland
