We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team, to monitor and refine operations across 4 websites (UK, DE, FR and US).
Based in central Edinburgh, this full-time office role offers a collaborative Mon-Fri environment (9am-5:30pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage email campaigns, including use of automation workflows.
Configure and optimise e-commerce platform settings on Shopify, including monitoring and updating the app settings and other settings.
Manage shipping configurations and delivery options, including Shopify Flow automations to process orders correctly.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - including SKU and product syncing with the delivery platform apps.
Provide occasional customer service support as needed.
Essential Requirements:
Proficient knowledge of Shopify platform and its features.
Experience with email marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and workflow tools.
Familiarity with shipping integrations and order management systems, that are typical to ecommerce websites.
Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
