Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Partnership & Business Development Executive to assist the Director in expanding the company's commercial reach and creative impact.
This role combines strategic relationship-building with hands-on project coordination -- ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, identifying new opportunities, and transforming ideas into meaningful collaborations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing partnerships with brands, organisations, and institutions, contributing directly to the company's growth within the art, design, and creative sectors.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Greater London.
The role focuses on driving business growth through partnership development, client engagement, and creative project delivery.
You will work closely with the Director on initiatives such as brand partnerships, corporate workshops, and cultural collaborations, representing the company with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm.
It requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a genuine interest in art, design, and creative entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential partners, brands, and organisations to develop new business opportunities;
Develop B2B collaborations such as corporate team-building workshops and brand partnership events;
Build connections with government bodies, cultural organisations, and chambers of commerce to enhance the company's credibility and visibility;
Plan and execute cross-brand or cross-sector collaboration projects;
Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events as authorised;
Support marketing, PR, and client communication activities;
Contribute creative ideas and strategic input to help shape the company's future collaborations and initiatives.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
Strong initiative, execution, and organisational abilities;
Experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, or public relations preferred;
Confident, outgoing, and relationship-driven personality;
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken);
Passion for art, design, and the creative industries;
