AW Safety is a leading provider of Health & Safety, Training and HR support services to businesses across the UK. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales and Client Relationship team, someone who thrives on building relationships, securing new business, and exceeding targets.
The Role
You'll be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities for our Health & Safety and HR support services. Working closely with our client management team, you'll use a consultative sales approach to identify needs, demonstrate value, and close contracts across a range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business through outbound activity, referrals, networking, and CRM-based lead follow-up.
Conduct discovery calls and online/onsite consultations to understand client needs.
Present and sell AW Safety's productised Health & Safety and HR service packages.
Use
HubSpot CRM
to manage pipelines, track performance, and report activity.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the Client Relationship and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Represent the AW Safety brand professionally at all times, promoting our values of quality, integrity, and partnership.
About You
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling service-based solutions.
A consistent record of winning contracts and meeting or exceeding targets.
Skilled in relationship building and consultative selling.
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM discipline (HubSpot experience essential).
Confident communication and presentation skills, both face-to-face and online.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
