Mall Solutions are a leading Commercialisation management company, working for shopping centre owners and property managers throughout the UK and Europe. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to take on this exciting new role to deliver best in class commercialisation at centre:mk, Milton Keynes.
Commercialisation is the term used to define all income streams that fall outside of standard in-line shop units in shopping malls such as Mall Retail Kiosks, Brand Promotions, Partnerships and Media along with other initiatives that enhance the customer experience whilst generating revenue for our client.
It is highly likely you have previously worked in a business development, sales or account management position and have a passion for prospecting and new business. The successful candidate should be able to develop a robust sales pipeline and bring out of the box thinking and innovative ideas to the table.
The role is open to both experienced candidates and graduates:
A minimum of 1 -2 years business experience - Highly desirable but not essential
Experience working with brands and agencies - Highly desirable
Experience in the shopping centre industry - Favourable but not essential
Can demonstrate experience in prospecting leads along with strong business development and negotiation skills - essential
Experience in sales - favourable but not essential
