Role Purpose:
Here at Co-op Live, we're looking for a Partnerships Executive to join our team and help bring our sponsorship agreements to life. You'll be involved in everything from partner ticketing and brand activations to day-to-day support across our partnerships.
You'll also work closely with our Partnership Account Director, helping manage key projects within our naming rights partnership (Co-op) - so there's plenty to get stuck into! This role is perfect for someone who's organised, proactive, and excited about live music, events, and working with top brands.
Responsibilities:
As a Partnerships Executive, you will help to deliver world-class experiences for our partners - especially across our iconic Co-op naming rights partnership.
In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you'll be right at the heart of the action supporting presales, in-venue brand activations, and day-to-day partner engagement. From coordinating hospitality and ticketing to pulling together post-event reports and keeping our asset database in check, you'll make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll work closely with teams across marketing, production, and operations to bring sponsorship campaigns to life, while also supporting with partner meetings, venue tours, and event-day logistics. You'll also lend your creativity to building decks, activation plans, and helping shape the future of brand partnerships at the UK's biggest indoor arena.
