The Brand & PR Manager helps to ensures the brand is consistently visible, credible, and trusted across all external touch points.
Key Responsibilities
1. Public Relations
Develop and execute Nyxi's full PR strategy
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, writers
Write press releases, press kits, and media briefs
Track coverage and report impact
Prepare PR assets with the Creative Graphic Designer
Build seasonal PR campaigns
2. Brand Building & Messaging
Own Nyxi's external messaging across all platforms
Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and communication style
Create brand story narratives for:
Amazon listings
A+ content
Website
Social media
Influencer briefs
Inserts and customer education
Strengthen Nyxi's perceived authority, trust, and authenticity
3. Influencer & UGC Relationship Management
Build and manage a creator network
Identify creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Negotiate collaborations (paid and unpaid)
Manage content calendars for influencer posts
Repurpose UGC for Amazon images, social content, and PR
Organise monthly influencer campaigns
Track performance of UGC and optimise strategy
4. Social Media Management
Run Nyxi's social channels
Plan and post 2-4 content pieces per week
Write captions, hashtags, CTA messaging
Maintain brand consistency across platforms
Repurpose PR wins, customer reviews, before/after content, and influencer videos
Maintain a simple monthly social media calendar
5. Content Writing & Website Articles
Write educational blog articles related to Nyxi's main product catagories
Optimise articles for SEO
Update website pages with fresh content
Build a press page with downloadable assets
6. Customer Communication & Experience
Write and refine Nyxi's communication templates:
Warranty emails
Troubleshooting guidance
Customer service tone-of-voice
Follow-up messaging
Oversee Amazon Q&A responses
Monitor review sentiment and create "Review Insights Reports"
Work with Sourcing and Creative teams to reduce negative reviews through messaging clarity
7. Brand Credibility & Award Management
Apply for awards and certifications:
Track application deadlines and submissions
Maintain a database of trust badges and certifications
Ensure PR badges get added to:
Images
A+ content
Storefront
Social content
8. Launch Support
Support Amazon Growth Manager with:
Launch messaging
Press releases
Influencer content scheduling
Including new PR assets into listing visuals
Ensure PR activity aligns with the Nyxi launch timeline
Build post-launch credibility for ranking acceleration
Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years experience in PR, brand management, communications, or social media
Strong writing skills (press releases, brand stories, social posts)
Experience working with influencers or content creators
Basic SEO understanding (training provided)
Familiarity with consumer products or home appliances a plus
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with data insights (reviews, performance reports)
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive, creative problem-solver
