We are seeking a Brand & Product Marketing Assistant to support the Brand & Product Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, managing events, and coordinating supplier and retail marketing activities.
This role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and timely delivery of offline marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating offline marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Support internal communication and collaboration between marketing, product, sales, and external partners
Support the organisation and logistics of events, trade shows, workshops, and in-person networking activities
Liaise with suppliers, retail partners, and vendors to coordinate marketing materials and campaign assets
Help manage the Sample Room, ensuring timely availability and distribution of samples for campaigns and events
Maintain marketing calendars, track deadlines, and support budget tracking and invoice processing
Prepare and distribute marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and direct mail pieces
Assist with post-event reporting and campaign performance tracking
Skills and Experience
Detail-oriented and eager to learn
Previous experience or internships in marketing, event coordination, or related roles preferred
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with CMS or marketing platforms is a plus
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving mindset
