Job Description

We're looking for a highly organised and creative Brand Project & Marketing Assistant to support our busy marketing team. In this hands-on role, you'll help bring the Brindisa brand to life, supporting in the creation of brand assets and marketing communications. You'll help craft copy and assist on brand packaging projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work across everything from event planning and execution, to creative briefing and photoshoot planning. If you've got an eye for detail, coupled with strong communication skills and a passion for bringing brands to life, we want to hear from you.

About you:

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is ideal, but all disciplines are welcome. Previous experience or a placement in marketing or communications is desirable. Strong communicator, confident in engaging with stakeholders and influencing outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Strong English Language written and verbal skills Spanish speaking desirable.

Responsibilities

Brand Marketing

Assist in creating and reviewing brand assets and materials. Support internal brand communications and copywriting (including product naming). Manage brand asset distribution and liaise with external agencies and suppliers.

Project & Packaging Support

Coordinate packaging projects and ensure accuracy of artwork and proofs. Support the Brand Project Manager with briefs, cost tracking, and documentation. Organise packaging samples and liaise with internal teams and suppliers.

General Marketing Tasks

Support marketing activities like trade shows, photoshoots, and press send-outs. Draft briefs, proofread content, and assist with creative asset reviews.
