To date the Foundation has donated over 3m to The Royal Marsden to fund vital research into the cancers and we were welcomed into the President's Circle in 2019, which recognises exceptional philanthropic support.11 years on from its inception, ?The Lady Garden Foundation's renewed vision is a world where all women are empowered to speak up for their gynaecological health. Driven by this vision, whilst maintaining a commitment to the prevention of all five gynaecological cancers, The Lady Garden Foundation seeks to shine a light on a woman's full Lady Garden journey in two principle ways.

? By creating significant fundraising partnerships and events,? The Foundation seeks to raise funds to make a meaningful contribution to? gynaecological cancer research projects to extend and improve the lives of patients?.

Job Summary: The position of Brand Coordinator is a central role within the Foundation, not only driving the Foundation forward in both fundraising and awareness but keeping the cogs turning in all aspects from administrative detail to managing social channels. This role is unique, from the breadth of responsibilities to the ownership it allows for an individual.

Responsibilities and Duties :Campaign and content planning including social content plan to be created in conjunction with team, in line with strategy and long terms goals PR/campaign- day to day point of contact for the PR Team and creative overseeing their activities and providing content and assets to them. Interest in political campaigning. Management of outreach and involvement in networking around LGF campaigns Management of social media accounts - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok. This includes the Facebook for Business account and LinkedIn. Website management, email marketing and database management. Mail order fulfilment and ongoing website updates. Weekly finance tracking/update, Gift aid, Justgiving tracking/reconciliation. Day to day point of contact with accountant for any financial enquiries. Responsible for keeping financial tracker up to date. Database management using paid for database software Donorfy. The hub of contact for all Co-Founders, Trustees, Brand Partners, suppliers, beneficiaries, donors, supporters, PR team and contacts including those on social media. Diary coordination for co-founders and trustees. Management of email accounts including the general info@ email account. Preparation of documents and presentations for key meetings, attendance at meetings including minute taking. Coordinate creation and management of influencer, ambassador and volunteer programme. Coordinate and managing simple audience research projects. Main point of contact for Royal Marsden Cancer Charity which includes monthly meetings with the both the Philanthropy team and the Communications team and weekly calls with the Foundation's Medical Director. Main contact for grants, foundations and trusts incl research on trusts and keeping database and status up to date. Help with coordination and management of events where required. Awareness and research of key health issues and updates in the gynae arena Awareness and research of activity from other charities within the sector.

Qualifications and Skills: Microsoft Office- Competent Social Media including Facebook for Business and TikTok. A good understanding of the charity landscape including Fundraising Regulations Effective diary management including your own. Ability to manage multiple activities at one time including direction from multiple individuals. Animated and enthusiastic. A passion for the cause of the Foundation. An understanding of women's health issues and the gynae landscape including the 5 cancers, periods, menopause and reproductive rights. Xero accounting software- not essential but helpful. Donorfy database software - not essential but helpful. Squarespace/website software - not essential but helpful.
