Bread Bakers

to cover ad-hoc shifts across a range of bakeries in

Bristol and Bath

- from small artisan shops to larger bakery production facilities.

? What we're looking for:

Previous bakery experience

- this is essential Strong knowledge of

sourdough

and

traditional/continental bread-making

Understanding of the

full baking process

from mixing to shaping, proving and baking Ability to hit the ground running in different bakery settings Reliable, punctual, and confident working independently or as part of a team
