We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated

Breakfast and After School Club Site Manager

to lead and deliver high-quality wraparound care at our welcoming

Infant School

in Limpsfield, Surrey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with young children and who is committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and fun environment before and after the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and delivery of engaging activities for children aged 4-7. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment at all times. Manage daily operations of the club, including safeguarding, health & safety, and record-keeping. Supervise and support other club staff members. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff. Prepare and serve simple healthy snacks and breakfasts.

Person Specification:

Experience working with young children (essential). Leadership or supervisory experience in a childcare or education setting (desirable). A relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above) or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures. Organised, reliable, and able to work independently. Friendly, caring, and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for children's wellbeing.

Pay: 12.50-15.50 per hour
